Virginia Howey is a National Family Support Network Consultant and Family Resource Center Content Expert. She has provided leadership and content knowledge to create processes and tools that helped position Colorado’s family resource centers as state and national leaders in the family support and strengthening field. She has consulted with state government and local, state, and national non-profit organizations in the early childhood and family support field to provide training and technical assistance to support development and implementation of program and organizational goals ranging from: creating a family resource center from the ground up; conducting a community needs assessment; board development; creating board and operational policies and procedures; developing and implementing strategic innovative practices to evaluating program and operational effectiveness.
